First day
The adventure begins in Norcia with a welcome at the hotel, where you will meet Francesco, the official guide of the Sibillini Mountains, who will explain the program and share some interesting facts about the places you will visit. After a dinner featuring local flavors, such as the famous black truffle and Norcia lentils, you will be ready for an evening stroll to discover the medieval village. Explore Piazza San Benedetto, the symbol of the city, and walk along the main street to the charming gardens of the historic center to soak up the atmosphere. A relaxing evening to get in tune with the authentic spirit of the Umbria region.
Second day
From Castelluccio to Monte Patino
After a delicious breakfast at the farmhouse, we reach Castelluccio and set off on foot for a circular hike which, with gentle slopes, initially takes us to enjoy the beautiful view of the Piani di Castelluccio and then through fairytale beech woods until we reach the high pastures suspended, as if flying, above the ancient town of Norcia, up to the spectacular summit of the striking pyramid that dominates all the Umbrian Mountains, the Sibillini Mountains and the Monti della Laga.
Third day
The blossoming of Castelluccio and thermal baths We head towards one of the most spectacular places in the Monti Sibillini National Park: the Castelluccio Plain. At this time of year, nature offers a unique enchantment with fields blooming with lentils, poppies, cornflowers, and daisies. We will walk through the Pian Grande, Pian Piccolo, and Pian Perduto. We will then move on to Acquasanta Terme, at the foot of the Monti della Laga, and take a walk to "Lu Vurghe," a hidden corner of paradise with thermal waters. Return to the hotel and then end the day with a traditional Umbrian dinner, featuring authentic flavors.
