WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Program
First day
Welcome to Zakynthos!
Boarding at Agios Nikolaos, settling in on board and first sailing along the coast of Zakynthos. After refueling, we will head to Tsilivi Bay for our first dip in crystal clear waters and a relaxed lunch at anchor. In the afternoon, we will reach Zakynthos town: stroll along the harbor, lively alleys, and time to stock up on provisions. Dinner in a typical Greek taverna and night at anchor under a starry sky.
Second day
Heading for the Strofadi Islands
We leave Zakynthos and sail towards Gerakas, one of the island's most unspoiled bays, famous for its marine fauna and crystal-clear waters. Swimming and snorkeling kick off the day before we head out to the open sea: a 25-mile sail to the Strofadi Islands, accompanied by the northwesterly wind. Arrival at theisland of Arpia, wild and silent. Dinner on board and night at anchor, enveloped in a primordial atmosphere.
Third day
The heart of Strofadi
Landing at Stamfani, an island steeped in history and spirituality, dominated by the fortified medieval monastery linked to Saint Dionysius. We walk among mighty walls, a lighthouse, and absolute silence, in a place where time seems to stand still. In the afternoon, we explore the archipelago by tender, among wild cliffs, pristine bays, and crystal-clear waters, ideal for snorkeling in one of the purest seas of the Ionian Sea. Dinner on board and night at anchor.
Fourth day
Return to Zakynthos
We leave Strofadi and set sail for Zante. First stop at Marathonisi, the famous "turtle island," with turquoise waters and bright seabeds perfect for long swims. In the afternoon, we sail towards Keri, a small village overlooking the sea, surrounded by cliffs and open views of the Ionian Sea. Dinner in a local tavern and night at anchor, with the sun slowly setting over the sea.
Fifth day
The wild coast
A day dedicated to the west coast of Zakynthos, the most scenic and unspoiled. Stop at Piscines Beach, where the pale rocks and the sea create amazing plays of light. We continue towards Ormos Theio for lunch on board and continue our exploration of caves, secluded coves, and bays accessible only by sea. In the evening, we anchor off Vromi, far from everything. Dinner on board and a night under the stars.
Sixth day
Icons of the Ionian Sea
At dawn, we sail towards Navagio Beach, Zakynthos' iconic beach, with its famous shipwreck nestled in the white sand. Photos, swimming, and then we set sail for new bays, choosing the best stop between Agios Andreas and Filippoi Beach depending on the weather. In the afternoon, enjoy your last sail among the caves and coves of the north of the island. Return to Agios Nikolaos, dinner in a taverna, and a final evening together.
Seventh day
Disembarkation
Breakfast on board, with time to pack away the last few things and enjoy the silence of the harbor and the reflections of the morning sea once more. Last glances at the Ionian Sea accompany the disembarkation at Agios Nikolaos, bringing with them memories of a week on a sailboat , spent slowly, between sailing, remote bays, sunsets in the harbor, and life on board. A journey that leaves its mark, made of wind, open sea, and authentic connections, which continues even once you return to land.
Fly to Zakynthos. Then take a transfer or bus to the marina.
