WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Program
First day
We arrive in the late afternoon at our hotel in the heart of southern Lazio, check in, and meet with our guide for an introductory briefing on the program. During the group dinner, we will get to know our fellow travelers and discover the first curiosities about the Circeo National Park, between sea, myth, and wild nature. It is the perfect time to immerse ourselves in the authentic atmosphere of Lazio at its most natural and prepare for our days of trekking.

After breakfast, we will take a private transfer to Circeo National Park. From here, we will begin our trek to Monte Circeo (541 m), along a scenic trail that alternates between sheer cliffs and Mediterranean scrub with lush vegetation. Continuing along the trail , we will reach the most famous mountain in Lazio, from whose summit we will enjoy an extraordinary view of the Pontine Islands, the Tyrrhenian coast and, on clear days, as far as Vesuvius. An immersive experience between legend and nature, in the places of the sorceress Circe. Return to the hotel: those who wish can also decide to book an entrance to the hotel's wellness center to end the day in relaxation.

Fourth day
Circe's Forest: the lost Amazon in Circeo National Park
Today we will depart by private transfer to reach Circe's Forest, a unique ecosystem that survived the ancient Pontine Marshes, which were then reclaimed during the Fascist period. Here we will walk among wonderful ash, turkey oak, and English oak trees; ponds and marshes that, with the rains, bring the ancient swamp back to life. This nature reserve is a true paradise for lovers of biodiversity, where it is easy to spot deer, foxes, and herons. A rejuvenating trek through woods and legends, immersed in the heart of the Circeo National Park. In the afternoon, we will return to the hotel for dinner.
