Third day

Everyone on their bikes to cycle through the squares of the capital and along the Tagus north, where the estuary widens. Around us, ever-changing urban landscapes will pass by: from the old Santa Apoloniato the Graça, from the old port area and the suburbs to the most modern area of the capital, namely Parque das Nações. Built for the 1998 Expo, this part of the city shows us a contemporary Lisbon with its 17 km long bridge, the Vasco da Gama Tower and the Oriente intermodal station by the famous Santiago Calatrava. We will pass through the various pavilions, featuring water features and waterfalls, squares with sculptures, gardens, and the large green park. Here at the Expo, the other major attraction is the Oceanário, the largest in Europe, with its thousand square meters and a tank containing five thousand cubic meters of water!
Fourth day
Cascais-Guincho
Today is dedicated to the sea and relaxation. In the morning, from Cais do Sodré station, Cais do Sodré , we take the train that runs along the coast of Estoril until we reach Cascais, a town on the ocean where Umberto II of Savoy went into exile and famous for its historic baths. We cross its small but splendid historic center, passing by Boca do Inferno, and conquer Praia do Guinchoby bike: did you know that this beach appeared in one of the James Bond films? In the afternoon, all that's left to do is enjoy the sun and sea!
Fifth day
Urban trekking in Lisbon
A tour to discover two of Lisbon's most representative neighborhoods: Alfama and Baixa.
We will start by climbing up to Castle of São Jorge, crossing the narrow, authentic alleys of Alfama, among noble palaces, colorful majolica tiles, contemporary graffiti, and historic churches such as Santo António and the Sé, the cathedral of Lisbon. Along the way, we will stop at the picturesque miradouros, the famous viewpoints that offer unforgettable views of the red roofs and the Tagus River. We will then descend towards the Baixa, the elegant, rebuilt heart of the city, to visit its most iconic squares: Praça Dom Pedro IV (Rossio), Praça da Figueira and the monumental Praça do Comércio, overlooking the water.
