WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Program
First day
We’ll meet up in Val Campelle in the late afternoon: we’ll settle into our rooms and then get ready for the briefing with our guide. We’ll then have our first dinner at the hotel, where we’ll also start getting to know the rest of the group. Over the next few days, we’ll have the chance to bond with our fellow adventurers as we share hikes, panoramic views, and wonderful experiences in the Lagorai Range. Our weekend will begin with a picturesque hike to the Nassere Lakes, exploring Val d’Inferno with its lush green forests and lakes that reflect the colors of the sun-kissed mountains. We’ll wrap up our weekend with an ascent to Cima Socede—one of the most scenic peaks—stopping at the Conseria Mountain Hut along the way.
Second day
Nassere Lakes and Val d'Inferno
Starting directly on foot from the hotel, we will warm up our muscles along the narrow road that leads to Malga Cenon di Sopra, then enter a fragrant forest that will suddenly reveal the wonderful Conca di Caldenave. Here, the stream meanders lazily through the high-altitude meadows, creating an enchanting landscape, perfect for a short, refreshing break at the Caldenave Refuge before continuing the climb. In about an hour, we will reach the Val d'Inferno Lakes, small wild pools of water set in granite, and then continue along the picturesque "Sentiero dei Nomadi" (Nomads' Trail). We will walk as if suspended on a soft carpet of flowering rhododendrons until we reach the shores of Lake Nàssere, an alpine jewel at 2064 meters that offers a sense of absolute peace. The return journey will be via a descent through the woods, where hairpin bends will allow us to lose altitude safely, taking us directly back to base after a day full of excitement and unforgettable views.
Third day
The view from Cima Socede and Malga Conseria
We start from Ponte Conseria, from where we begin to climb towards the splendid Malga Conseria (1,821 m). From here, the valley opens up to the northeast towards the wide saddle of Passo Cinque Croci, which is easily reached. From here, we climb the northwest ridge of Cima Socede: the 360° view is magnificent, dominating the entire Passo Cinque Croci area, with the mighty Cima D'Asta massif. We visit the well-preserved World War I trenches around the summit and from here we begin our descent. We arrive in the valley in the early afternoon, and it's time to head back: until the next adventure!

Mountain Lodge and Hotel in Val Campelle - TN.
Nestled in a sunny valley in the heart of the Lagorai, this family-run lodge is surrounded by forests and pastures. Simple, cozy rooms, Trentino cuisine, and panoramic views of a natural amphitheater. An ideal starting point for hikes, relaxation, and days in the mountains in every season.
Val Campelle cannot be reached by public transport, so we recommend traveling to the hotel by car. Most excursions will start on foot from the hotel, but for one excursion it will be necessary to organize carpooling, sharing the costs.
For those who are unable to arrive by car, it is possible to take public transportation to Strigno (approximately 12 km from the hotel) and then arrange with other participants in the group for a ride to the destination.
