WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Program
First day
This cycling tour through the villages of the Marche region begins at a farmhouse with a swimming pool in Cingoli, an enchanted place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. We take our first bike ride to familiarize ourselves with the bikes and visit the panoramic views of the Balcony of the Marche. The e-bike will allow us to cover distances and gradients with ease, combining the pleasures of an active vacation with the discovery of the Marche hills. We will be based in Cingoli for the first three nights, while in the second half of the week we will stay in a farmhouse in the Recanati countryside, from where we will set off on excursions to Numana, Sirolo and Montecassiano.

The Hills of Treia
You’ll ride along dirt roads and back roads that wind through hills covered in vineyards and olive groves until you reach the medieval village of Treia by bike, situated in a panoramic spot overlooking the Potenza Valley. We’ll climb up to the pass marking the border between three municipalities, where our efforts will be rewarded by a view that takes in both the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea in a single glance. This historic village, with Roman roots and a past linked to the Via Flaminia, offers an experience rich in emotion for lovers of cycling and authentic landscapes. Together with our guide, we’ll return to a farmhouse in Cingoli.
Third day
Elcito, the castle village
Today we will tackle the most challenging stage without any rush, cycling towards the charming Elcito, the Little Tibet of the Marche region, on the edge of the Canfaito beech forest. The village, perched and timeless, stands proudly in defense of the Valfucina Abbey. We will cycle along the slopes of the majestic Monte San Vicino, symbol of the Marche ridge and a place of passage for pilgrims and partisans. On the way back, we will make a refreshing stop on the shores of the lake, where we will enjoy a moment of relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay in a farmhouse.
Fourth day
Towards the Conero Riviera
We leave our farmhouse in the Marche hinterland to travel by e-bike towards Recanati, the Adriatic coast, and the Conero Riviera. The route offers breathtaking views of cultivated fields and gentle ups and downs, ideal for those seeking an active vacation immersed in nature. The day ends with the arrival at thefarmhouse in Recanati. Free time to discover and spend a few hours on the nearby beaches. Dinner and overnight stay at the farmhouse.
Fifth day
From the hills to the blue of Conero
We cycle on e-bikes towards the Monte Conero Regional Park, crossing vineyards and olive groves to the beaches of Numana and Sirolo, perfect for a swim or a relaxing break. The return journey follows the coast to Porto Recanati, then take the cycle/pedestrian path that will lead us to the farmhouse for dinner and overnight stay.
Sixth day
Among the villages and cities of art in the Marche region
We explore the most beautiful village in Italy of Montelupone and the city of art of Potenza Picena, with their medieval atmosphere. We cycle along valley roads immersed in the hills of the Marche region, crossing lush countryside and reaching places of historical value such as theAbbey of San Firmano with over a thousand years of history. The route alternates between gentle ups and downs and quiet panoramas. Free lunch along the way, then back to the sea for a last dip. Return to the accommodation to relax and, in the evening, transfer to Recanati by car (your own or provided by the organization) for dinner in a typical restaurant. Overnight stay in a farmhouse.
Seventh day
The last breakfast of a group cycling holiday in Italy always has a special flavor. It's time for goodbyes, slow laughter, and last glances at the places that accompanied us on this ecological experience in the Marche region. Those returning by train can go back to Porto Recanati station, while those who arrived by car will find it conveniently parked in the Recanati farmhouse car park where they left it on the first day, before the transfer to Cingoli. During the return journey, we will have time to exchange holiday photos and start thinking about our next trip with Jonas!
It is possible to reach Recanati by public transport and then travel to Cingoli by group transfer (not included in the price).
For those arriving by car, we recommend parking in Recanati so that your car will be ready at the end of the tour, and then using the group transfer (not included in the price) to reach Cingoli.
