The Romea Strata by e-bike

30 days. 1,226 km. The Alps, Venice, the Apennines, Tuscany, Rome. Turn fatigue into legend.

The Romea Strata follows the ancient routes traveled for centuries by merchants and pilgrims who traveled from Northern Europe down to Rome. It is one of the great European routes: over 4,700 km through 7 countries and 51 UNESCO sites, a thread of history that in Italy covers about 1,400 km, from Tarvisio to St. Peter's Basilica, passing through Alps, Venetian villages, art cities in Emilia, Apennines, Tuscan hills Tuscany and the woods of Tuscia. It is not just an itinerary: it is a journey where landscapes, communities, and traditions interact with each other. Cycling it means experiencing an extraordinary adventure: 30 days by bike, over 1,200 km and 13,000 meters of elevation gain, from the heart of the Alps to Rome. The landscape changes kilometer after kilometer: silent forests, cultivated hills, rivers, timeless villages. Each stage tells a story, each climb is a conquest, each descent a reward. A great cycling tour along secondary roads and authentic encounters, where the bike becomes the perfect way to cross Italy by pedaling . And when you finally enter Romeafter weeks on the road, the emotion has the flavor of an achievement: not just a crossing, but a profound journey into the Bel Paese and into oneself.
