WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Program
First day
Towards Favignana
The adventure begins! Boarding is scheduled from 4 p.m. at the port of Marsala. After the briefing, we will all work together to stock the galley, choosing the best local products. Weather permitting, we will set sail for Favignana and drop anchor in a sheltered bay to spend the night at anchor. If, on the other hand, the sea is unfavorable or some participants arrive later, we will spend the night in the port of Marsala, where we can all have dinner together and toast the start of the sailing weekend. The journey has just begun: get ready to experience the sea in total freedom!
Second day
Levanzo or Marettimo: the route decided by the wind
Depending on weather conditions, the skipper will chart the course to Levanzo or Marettimo. In Levanzo, we will sail along the coast to admire its cliffs and coves. We will take a dip at Cala Minnola and for the more adventurous there is the opportunity to explore the Grotta del Genovese. If we head to Marettimo, the wildest island, we will sail along the coast between cliffs and sea caves, such as the evocative Grotta del Tuono or della Pipa. We will snorkel at Cala Bianca and you can go ashore for a stroll around the village. In both cases, at sunset, we will relax on board with an aperitif and dinner. Night at anchor.
Third day
Favignana from the sea
In the morning, we will set sail for Favignana to sail along the coast and explore bays such as Cala Rossa, with its turquoise sea, and Cala Azzurra, famous for its crystal clear waters. We will continue sailing to Bue Marino, a scenic stretch of coastline with imposing cliffs and caves. In the afternoon, we can relax on board, enjoying the sun and the unique atmosphere of theEgadi Islands Marine Protected Area. At sunset, we will drop anchor in a quiet bay, perfect for an evening under the stars with conversation, dinner on board, and a final night-time dip for the more adventurous.
Fourth day
Last dives
Last day of our sailing weekend in the Egadi Islands! Just a few more hours to enjoy Favignana: those who wish can take a last swim, while others can disembark in the historic center of the island. For those who love history and traditions, it will be possible to visit theformer Florio factory, the ancient tuna fishery. Don't miss out on a Sicilian breakfast with granita and brioche. In the early afternoon, we'll set sail for Marsala, enjoying the last stretch of the voyage. We're expected to arrive at the port around 5 p.m. We'll conclude this sailing adventure with memories of a weekend of sea, wind, and Mediterranean beauty.
It can be easily reached from anywhere in Italy with flights to Trapani or, alternatively, to Palermo, and then to the port of embarkation in about an hour by bus or private transfer.
