WHERE ARE WE GOING?

Program

First day

Departure from Lipari, heading toward Vulcano
We’re ready for this amazing experience in the Aeolian Islands? The port of Lipari is waiting for us to board: it’s time to get to know each other with a welcome aperitif featuring local specialties, then everyone heads out to stock up on provisions. It’s a short sail to reach the island of Vulcano in the afternoon. We recommend climb to the crater at sunset: from up there, amid black rocks and golden light, we’ll overlook the archipelago as if in a Martian landscape. For the first evening: dinner on board or ashore? Night at anchor or in port?

Second day

Panarea: Crystal-Clear Waters and Iconic Aperitifs
After breakfast on the deck, we’re ready to set off for Panarea, the most fashionable of the Aeolian Islands. Along the way, we try to approach some fishermen: with a little luck, we’ll bring fresh fish on board for the day. In the afternoon, we disembark to explore the island, taking a walk to the prehistoric village of Capo Milazzese and the spectacular Cala Junco. Small but lively, Panarea is famous for its sunsets and aperitifs with a sea view: we get ready and toast on the terrace at Raya. For dinner, we choose from traditional restaurants serving local cuisine, then spend the evening enjoying the bars and music. Overnight at anchor.

Third day

Basiluzzo and Stromboli: Snorkeling and Volcanic Activity
After waking up, we hoist the sails and set course for Basiluzzo, a light-colored volcanic rock with incredibly clear waters. Here we dive in for snorkel among seabeds teeming with life, swimming out to the rocks of Lisca Bianca. In the afternoon, we head to Stromboli, the quintessential active volcano of the Aeolian Islands: the Sciara del Fuoco at sunset is a unique spectacle. In the evening, we go ashore for dinner at a typical little restaurant and a stroll through the village. Night at anchor or at a buoy, lulled by the sea.

Fourth day

Lipari and its Faraglioni
This morning we’re sailing toward theisland of Lipari where we’ll make a mandatory stop for a group selfie at the Faraglioni of Lipari, known as Pietra Lunga (the largest) and Pietra Menalda. In the afternoon, we’ll reach the town center: anyone who wants to can disembark and walk to the Canneto Beach for a swim, or join an organized dive. For dinner, we’ll decide: all together on board or at Maria’s house, with local cuisine and a terrace overlooking the sea? Overnight in port.

Fifth day

Salina, Untamed Nature
In the morning we set sail for Salina, the green island of the Aeolian Islands, famous for its spectacular cliffs and lush vegetation. Here, nature takes center stage, even serving as the backdrop for the film "Il Postino": Pollara is pure wonder, even more so when viewed from the sea. We sail around the island to Rinella, a small fishing village with caves and a small harbor. Those who wish can take thehike to Fossa delle Felci, the archipelago’s highest peak at 962 meters. Overnight at anchor or in port, under a sky full of stars.

Sixth day

Filicudi and the return to Lipari
A gentle awakening on theisland of Salina, with time for one last stroll before setting sail for Filicudi, the wildest of the Aeolian Islands. Upon arrival, we dive into the deep waters off La Canna, an imposing sea stack rising over 70 meters, right in front of the Bue Marino caves. In the afternoon, we begin our back to Lipari. Last evening ashore to toast our sailing adventure together. Overnight in port.

Seventh day

Itinerary information
Daily sailing time: 2 to 4 hours throughout the day. This estimate is purely indicative, as it depends heavily on weather and sea conditions. Type of sailing: between the islands. Probability of overnight stays at anchor/at a buoy: 3 out of 6. The actual number of nights at anchor or in port will depend on the group’s preference, weather conditions, and any need for supplies or provisions.
Notes

Important
A sailing vacation is, by definition, a vacation in freedom: for this reason, the itinerary is tentative and may be subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions, boat traffic, the availability of ports, anchorages, and landing sites, as well as the need to restock water and food supplies. The crew will evaluate every decision in the interest of safety, navigation, and the overall harmony of life on board, taking into account, whenever possible, the needs of the participants as well. For this reason, routes, stops, and overnight anchorage points may vary during the trip.
