We sail between Vulcano and Stromboli, explore Lipari with its iconic sea stacks, the lush nature of Salina and the wild beauty of Filicudi, among coves with crystal clear sea and craters at sunset. WHERE ARE WE GOING?

Program

First day

Departure from Lipari and route to Vulcano
Are we ready for this amazing experience in the Aeolian Islands? The port of Lipari awaits us for boarding: it's time to get to know each other with a welcome aperitif based on typical local products, then everyone can stock up on provisions. A short sail awaits us to reach the island of Vulcano in the afternoon. We recommend climbing up to the crater at sunset: from up there, among black rocks and golden light, we will dominate the archipelago as if in a Martian landscape. For the first evening: dinner on board or ashore? Night at anchor or in port?

Second day

Panarea: crystal clear sea and iconic aperitifs
After breakfast in the cockpit, we are ready to set sail for Panarea, the most fashionable of the Aeolian Islands. Along the way, we try to approach some fishermen: with a little luck, we will bring fresh fish on board for the day. In the afternoon, we disembark to explore the island, with a walk to the prehistoric village of Capo Milazzese and the spectacular Cala Junco. Small but lively, Panarea is famous for its sunsets and aperitifs overlooking the sea: we get ready and toast on the terrace at Raya. For dinner, we choose between typical restaurants and local cuisine, followed by an evening of clubs and music. Night at anchor.

Third day

Basiluzzo and Stromboli, snorkeling and live fire
After waking up, we hoist the sails and head towards Basiluzzo, a light-colored volcanic rock with incredibly transparent sea. Here we dive for snorkeling among seabeds rich in life, swimming to the rocks of Lisca Bianca. In the afternoon, we set sail for Stromboli, the most active volcano in the Aeolian Islands: the Sciara del Fuoco at sunset is a unique spectacle. In the evening, we go ashore for dinner in a typical restaurant and a walk through the village. We spend the night at anchor or moored, lulled by the sea.

Fourth day

Lipari and its Faraglioni
This morning we sail towardsthe island of Lipari where we will make an obligatory stop for a group selfie at the Faraglioni of Lipari, called Pietra Lunga (the largest) and Pietra Menalda. In the afternoon, we will reach the center: those who wish can disembark and walk to Canneto beach for a swim, or participate in an organized dive. For dinner, we will choose: all together on board or at Maria's house, enjoying local cuisine and a terrace with a sea view? Night in the harbor.

Fifth day

Salina, wild nature
In the morning , we set sail for Salina, the green island of the Aeolian Islands, famous for its spectacular cliffs and lush vegetation. Here, nature takes center stage, so much so that it was used as the setting for the film "Il Postino": Pollara is pure wonder, even more so when viewed from the sea. We circumnavigate the island to Rinella, a small fishing village with caves and a small harbor. Those who wish can takean excursion to Fossa delle Felci, the highest peak in the archipelago at 962 meters. Night in the harbor or at anchor, under a sky full of stars.

Sixth day

Filicudi and return to Lipari
A gentle awakeningon the island of Salina, with time for a last stroll before setting sail for Filicudi, the wildest of the Aeolian Islands. Upon arrival, we dive into the deep waters in front of La Canna, an imposing sea stack that rises over 70 meters, right in front of the Bue Marino caves. In the afternoon, we begin our return voyage to Lipari. Last evening ashore to toast our sailing adventure together. Night in port.

Seventh day

Disembarkation
Late in the morning, our sailing holiday in Sicily comes to an end, a summer 2026 trip among the most iconic Aeolian Islands: Vulcano, Panarea, Stromboli, Lipari, Salina, and Filicudi. Skipper and hostess/sailor. The skipper is the captain of the boat and an expert on the itinerary. For safety reasons, his decisions regarding navigation are final. Itinerary information
Daily sailing hours: 2 to 4 hours spread throughout the day. This estimate is purely indicative, as it depends heavily on weather and sea conditions. Type of sailing: between the islands Chance of spending the night at anchor or at a buoy: 3 out of 6. The actual number of nights spent at anchor or in port will depend on the group’s preference, weather conditions, and any need to restock supplies or the galley.

Important
A sailing vacation is, by definition, a vacation in freedom: for this reason, the itinerary is tentative and may be subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions, boat traffic, the availability of ports, anchorages, and landing sites, as well as the need to restock water and food supplies. The crew will evaluate every decision in the interest of safety, navigation, and the overall harmony of life on board, taking into account, whenever possible, the needs of the participants as well. For this reason, routes, stops, and overnight anchorage points may vary during the trip.
