Italy and Croatia: a weekend sailing between history and nature

First day

The meeting point is set for late afternoon at the marina in Monfalcone or at a port in the Gulf of Trieste. After settling in on board, we will organize the galley with the skipper, purchasing the necessary supplies together in one of the supermarkets near the port. Once back on board, we will have plenty of time to stow the groceries carefully. The skipper will assess the weather, timetables, and currents and decide whether to set sail in the evening to spend the night at anchor or to leave the following morning, always with safety as the top priority. The evening continues with dinner on board and pleasant conversation to get to know each other and prepare for our adventure at sea.

Second day

We set sail for Piran, the small Istrian-Venetian pearl of Slovenia, or Umag and Poreč in Croatia, splendid towns that preserve a rich artistic and monumental heritage. During the cruise, there will be plenty of time to relax in the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal clear waters, and enjoy the view of the Istrian coast. In the afternoon, we will dock in one of these seaside towns with their unmistakable Venetian influence, perfect for a stroll through charming alleys. The day ends with dinner in a typical restaurant, immersed in the authentic flavors of Istria.

Third day

The weekend sailing trip in Croatia continues with a relaxing return trip along the enchanting Istrian coast and the Gulf of Trieste. We can take turns at the helm to experience the thrill of sailing or stop off to explore the ancient port of Muggia or Grignano. Sailing along the coast, we will be enchanted by the majestic Miramare Castle, the inlets of Sistiana , and the evocative rocks of Duino, which plunge steeply into the sea. The return to port is scheduled for the afternoon, concluding this adventure dedicated to nature and freedom. A warm farewell to the group and... see you on the next adventure!

Fourth day

(only in the case of a 3-night program, this is included between the second and third day). We continue sailing towards the southern part of Poreč, heading towards Vrsar, a stretch of coastline characterized by countless hidden coves and crystal clear waters. These corners of paradise are the ideal place to enjoy a refreshing dip and moments of pure relaxation under the sun. In the evening, we can choose between a convivial dinner on board or an evening in one of Poreč's typical restaurants, where we can savor Istrian specialties. We end the day with a night at anchor, lulled by the waves, or moored in the marina.
