Choose your vacation

You can choose your vacation from those published on this website. If you need advice, want to better understand what the vacation is like, its style, and its advantages, you can contact us at 0444303001.

Our winter hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., open all day.
Our summer hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., open all day, and Saturday mornings, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Check availability

Once you have chosen your destination and departure date, it is essential to check availability. To do so, fill out the form on the page of your chosen vacation, or call 0444 303001.

After the necessary checks, our staff will send you an OPTION email and reserve your place for 2 days: within this period, you must complete all 4 steps of the booking process, including payment.

Once your payment has been registered, you will receive confirmation of your registration by email.

Let's take it one step at a time

Once availability has been checked and an option requested, you will receive two emails:

1 email – containing a PDF attachment with a summary of your request and a description of any additional policies that can be taken out, the privacy policy, the terms and conditions of sale, and all the conditions relating to the tourist packages.

2 emails – (sometimes it may end up in your "promotions" folder, so check there too) where you will find a button to access the form to fill in with your details (and the details of the people traveling with you).

In the form, we will also ask you to inform us of any intolerances, allergies, disabilities (and their level/severity, if applicable) or other important information we need to know in order to best manage your booking and your vacation.

As soon as your details have been registered, you will receive an email containing your travel contract and another email requesting payment.

Make the payment

For weekly summer and winter holidays and/or public holidays, we require a €250 deposit or down payment and the balance 30 days before departure.
For weekends of 2 nights, a €80 deposit is required; for weekends of 3 or more nights, a €100 deposit is required. In both cases, the balance must be paid 30 days before departure.

If you register after this deadline, you must pay the entire amount in a single installment, including any supplementary policies. However, please check the booking form to confirm the amounts and deadlines.

Payments should be made payable to Circolo Viaggi srl – Corso Padova 145 – 36100 Vicenza.

Please note that supplementary insurance policies must be requested and paid for at the time of booking.

ATTENTION

All steps, from filling in the data to payment, must be completed by the option expiration date indicated.
Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the reservation.

  • with PayPal on a secure website via a link sent by email following a booking request
  • Bank transfer
  • Online credit card payment on a secure and certified website or PayPal: you will receive the payment form during the booking process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, and American Express.

Insurance

The participation fee includes medical and baggage insurance provided by Allianz Assistance. The terms and conditions of this insurance can be downloaded from our website and should be kept for the entire duration of the trip. Please note that this coverage is only valid for residents of Italy.

Health

When booking, please indicate any personal limitations due to health conditions, disabilities, or other issues that we need to take into account when confirming and organizing your vacation. In case of omissions, it will not be possible to take any requests into consideration, nor will any refunds be given, following non-acceptance.

If you would like to request a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu, or if you have any food intolerances and/or allergies, please indicate this immediately in the booking form under "other requests." Your tour guide and the facilities will then be able to take this into account when organizing meals. However, in some destinations it may be difficult to find specific foods, such as gluten-free options, so we recommend that you bring your own.

 
We inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with GDPR 2016/79.

Tourist information – technical data sheet

Technical organization: Circolo Viaggi Corso Padova 145 36100 Vicenza. Administrative authorization Province of Vicenza no. 507 of 11-03-2003. Circolo Viaggi is covered by RCT Unipol Assicurazioni policy no. 56783282 for civil liability.

Privacy Policy

The data controller is Circolo Viaggi. Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), Circolo Viaggi is required to process data lawfully in order to ensure its security and confidentiality. Everyone has the right to know, update, supplement, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 and national legislation on the protection of personal data. When booking a trip that involves leaving Italian territory with a final destination in a country that is not a member of the Schengen Agreement, you will be required to send a copy of a valid identification document. This copy may be forwarded to third-party suppliers in order to complete the necessary procedures required by the public security authorities for leaving Italian territory and entering the territory of the destination country. Circolo Viaggi srl, as data controller, is authorized to use the aforementioned data in the manner described above.

TOURIST TAXES: ( city tax, tourist tax, park entrance fees, etc.) where applicable, must be paid on site and are the responsibility of the participant.
